The Auction will be located at the Cleveland Industrial Innovation Center (CIIC Building) located at 17000 St. Clair Avenue. Near the East 185^th street exit of interstate 90.

The terms for the auction are as follows: Buying as is where is, with no contingencies or warranties of any kind. All sales are final.  All merchandise must be paid for before removal from property. A 5% buyers premium applies. We accept cash or check with two valid forms of identification. We also accept all major credit cards with proper identification and a 4% charge.
