CLEVELAND, Ohio –June 29^th, 2009 -- Realty Corporation of America announces a successful ballroom style auction of twenty six properties in the cities of Cleveland, Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights and Maple Heights. Thirteen of these homes were sold absolute, meaning sold to the highest bidder regardless of price. All properties gained exposure through open houses several weeks before the auction. Buyers had ample opportunity to preview each home and inspect each property.

This multiple property auction was held over three weekends in June. Most of the auctions were held at the Cleveland Industrial Innovation Center located at 17000 Saint Clair Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio. The five homes auctioned violation free were done so on site at each home in Cleveland Heights.
