- Realty Corporation of America offers comprehensive property management, board up services and winterization programs.
- We ‘turnkey’ all aspects of your listings – we will meet inspectors, obtain point of sale reports, install signage and lockboxes – all in a prompt and professional manner. It is important to note that a real estate agent who angers city officials by not requesting inspections immediately or not meeting an inspector for a scheduled appointment creates tremendous problems for sellers and may complicate a sale. Our experienced and professional staff insures that all municipal requirements are met on a timely basis.
- We employ hands on sales techniques that produce results! Our sales program includes having a large network of investors able to pay cash and quickly close transactions. Unlike many individual brokers with MLS access, we also have our own sales staff – most of our agents represent buyers – that can quickly market your property to qualified buyers immediately!
