Presenting Your Home For Sale:  Removing Clutter

Putting your house up for sale is also a good time to dispose of items you no longer need and will not be taking with you to your next residence.  Your home will show better – and look larger – if it is neat and organized.

For many of us, accumulation of “stuff” continues over time and may not even be noticeable to us.  Consider having a friend or your Realty Corporation of America agent walk through your home and identify areas in need of reorganization.

If you have excess furniture or a large amount of items, consider having a garage sale to reduce the number of excess items you have.  Not only will your home’s appearance be enhanced, your move will be far easier!
